We are constantly investing in our facilities and are proud of the wide range of veterinary services and treatments we offer. Our highly qualified and highly skilled veterinary surgeons and dedicated nursing staff are supported by a range of in-house specialist equipment to help us diagnose and treat our animals quickly and effectively to ensure the very best outcome.

Our specialist diagnostic equipment includes Digital X-Ray equipment, an Ultrasound Scanner to allow us to view the heart, blood vessels, kidneys, liver and other internal organs, Blood Pressure monitors and Blood Sample analysis equipment allowing us to review blood tests immediately and a Dental X-Ray Machine and Dental treatment equipment.

We also provide dedicated nurse clinics specialising in a range of animal needs.

X-RAYS

An X-ray is a quick and painless procedure commonly used to produce images of the inside of the body. It is a very effective way of looking at the bones and can be used to help detect a range of conditions.

We have digital X-ray equipment at both our Langport and Street practices, operated by our own in-house trained specialists, to assist in early diagnosis.

ULTRASOUND SCANNER

An ultrasound scan is a procedure that uses high-frequency sound waves to create an image of part of the inside of the body. This can be used effectively to monitor or diagnose a condition, or guide a surgeon during certain procedures.

BLOOD PRESSURE & BLOOD SAMPLE ANALYSIS

Our Blood Testing equipment allows us to assess your pets general state of health as well as testing for a range of animal health concerns including infections, heart conditions and cancer. It also allows us to see how well certain organs such as the liver and kidneys are working.

Immediate in-house analysis allows us to review the tests quickly and to offer you feedback on the results during the same day.

DENTAL

Our Dental X-ray machine allows us to check your pets dental health quickly and painlessly. It is a very effective way of looking at teeth and bones and can be used to help detect a wide range of dental conditions.

Our specialist Dental Equipment includes allows us to treat many dental conditions and maintain your pets dental health.

SPECIALIST SERVICES

We work with a number of specialist consultant services locally who are experts in their field i.e. Ophthalmologists, Cardiologists, Oncologists etc. where specialist care and treatment is required. At this difficult time all patients are seen as a priority and are supported, along with their owners, throughout diagnosis and therapy.

Their expert guidance will enable you to make the best and most informed choice for your pet, whilst they receive the best care for their condition using the latest technology, specialist equipment and hospital facilities.
